29-07-04: GOLF DAY
There are still some places left for Colwyn Bay FC's Golf Day, which will be held at Rhuddlan Golf Club on Monday August 9. Entrance fee for teams of four is £140, which also includes dinner and entertainment. For further details, contact Club Director Grant McIndoe on 07769 538012.
29-07-04: PRINT A POSTER APPEAL
I am trying to get more posters put up around the area advertising our home games and various fundraisers the club have. One way I am hoping to do this is by people been able to download a poster from the site which they can then print out and put up in the area. 25-07-04: NEW WEBSITE LAUNCHED
Today sees the launch of the new official website. The new website is hosted by www.data-host.co.uk, I would like to thank them for there help in setting up the new site. I, Kurtis Chapman am the new webmaster and people can contact me by email at cbfc_newsletter@yahoo.co.uk. There are a number of new features on the site, the main feature being a new message board for which have to register to post a message. The new message board will be up and running within a week. We are just running some final checks, so in the mean time we will be using the old message board which can be found at http://forum.onecenter.com/seagullchat/

25-07-04: SHARE ISSUE
Supporters now have the chance to purchase shares in the club. The directors have authorised a share issue to supporters, the shares are priced £1 each. The minimum purchase is £50 the maximum £10 000. Postal applications can be made to;

Vice Chairman Andy Owens commented, “This is an opportunity for supporters to gain ownership of the club and have a direct influence on its future direction. Although the season has finished, people are very busy behind the scenes at the moment working to achieve our goals and additional backing is very welcome. Working parties have set up a schedule to ensure the ground looks its best, Carol Beard is busy signing up sponsors and has a range of options including mascots for the new season and can be contacted on 07876127556. The club will be launching its own junior section next season with 3 sides affiliated to the club. In addition there are various events including a Golf Day at Rhuddlan on August 9, which will hopefully include some celebrity guests, details from Grant McIndoe on 07769538012. ”

After Aled Williams leaving his post as programme editor at the end of last season, the club are pleased to announce the new programme editor is Neil Chapman. Aled can no longer edit the programme due to work commitments; the club would like to thank Aled for all his hard work with the programme during the 2003/2004 season.
