THE Seagulls have signed a second new keeper after agreeing terms with Kris Leigh from Radcliffe Borough.
The 22-year-old keeper, who was a member of Morecambe’s U23 development squad, had an outstanding game and was named Man of the Match when Radcliffe beat the Bay at Stainton Park in April. He has previously been with Mold Alex, Conwy Borough and Hyde.
Manager Phill Hadland commented: “I’m delighted Kris has agreed to join us. We’ve got two very good keepers now.”
Meanwhile central defender Gaz Grant, who was both Players’ and manager’s Player of the Season, has signed on again after returning from holiday, meaning that so far nine of last season’s squad are on board again.
