SEAGULLS boss Alan Morgan has completed his second signing of the week after reaching agreement with Tranmere Rovers to take 21-year-old attacking prospect Elliot Rokka on a month’s loan.
Warrington born, Elliot was with Manchester United’s academy from 13 and then spent a year playing in Portugal with Rio Maior, near Lisbon, before signing for Macclesfield Town.
He then moved to Radcliffe Borough where he scored 16 goals last season and was named their Young Player of the Year.
He was signed by Tranmere Rovers on a one year contract in July, with Rovers manager Micky Mellon saying he believed he had the potential to get supporters off their seats with his attacking style. He has made three first team appearances so far, including the pre-season friendly against a star-studded Liverpool side which included the likes of Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge, but has had his progress hampered by injury.

Clearance has come through for him to be involved in Saturday’s game at Colne (weather permitting as a 9am pitch inspection is planned) and he will be part of the squad along with this week’s other new signing Sam Ilesanmi (
