THE Reserves maintained their 100% record with a 5-1 home victory over second-placed Denbigh Town.

Goals from Sion Noble, Fabian Ellis, Sean Sheridan and Ashley Seddon, together with a Denbigh own goal, made it nine wins out of nine with the Reserves now averaging four goals a game (36 scored in nine games).

After leading 2-0 at half-time, Colwyn Bay quickly doubled their lead in the second half, and although Denbigh got a goal back on 79 minutes, the Seagulls added a fifth six minutes from the end.

The result also extends Bay’s lead at the top of the the Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Reserve Division (East) to ten points.
