Born on the 19/08/86, Joe Fowler has signed from Barrow. Joe is a versatile twenty one year old that helped Droylsden to promotion to the Conference National last season, after previous experience with Southport and Tranmere Rovers. Joe is available to make his debut against Alsager Town.
