GARY FINLEY

Appointed manager in January 2007.  Gary possesses a wealth of experience of playing at this level for Marine, Vauxhall Motors, Warrington and Hyde United as well as for Doncaster Rovers in the Football League.  He also appeared in the LoW with Aberystwyth whom he guided into Europe as player manager.  He briefly played for the Bay in 2004 then took over as Manager at Witton Albion achieving cup success as well guiding them into a play off position in the UniBond Premier.  He was then manager at Conference North side Lancaster City until a financial crisis engulfed that team.  Guided the Bay to the play off positions with an impressive final half of the season.
