CARL CLAMPITT
DOB: 13th December 1984
Carl was a youth player at Liverpool before moving to Preston.  Carl also had a stint at Shrewsbury before moving to Cammell Lairds where he played a big part in taking them through the lower leagues and into the UniBond Premier League.
A cruciate ligament injury prevented him signing a pro contract at Liverpool. Carl was set to move to Scottish team Hearts before injury once again prevented a professional move. Carl is a competitive footballer with a fantastic passing ability, which are two of his key attributes which make Carl an impressive midfielder.
