Louis Moss wins three more caps

LOUIS MOSS gained his fourth, fifth and sixth international caps for Barbados by playing the full 90 minutes in all three games in six days in the second round of qualifying matches for the Gold Cup in America next year.
He helped the side to a 3 -2 victory over St Kitts and Nevis in the first match on Wednesday, but Barbados then lost 4-2 to hosts Haiti on Friday night in front of a crowd in the region of 30,000 and were also beaten in the final game against French Guiana on Sunday to finish bottom of their group.
Louis played left back and left midfield and was pleased with his own performances, but the team played poorly in the final game to wreck their hopes of progressing to the next stage in Jamaica next month.
The Caribbean Cup is the regional qualifying for the Concacaf Gold Cup, equivalent to our European Championships, that takes place in the USA next summer.
