THE manager reports he has agreed terms with Luke Denson to remain with the Seagulls for the new season.

The 25-year-old defender  is in his second spell at the Bay, having previously helped them to two promotions before signing for Chester, and is 14 games short of making his 200th appearance for the club.

Luke played 43 times last season, scoring four goals, after returning to the club from AFC Fylde. He was appointed vice-captain and for the last nine games acted as  joint caretaker manager alongside Carl Rodgers after Kevin Lynch departed.
