COLWYN BAY host high-scoring league leaders Nantwich Town on Saturday (Sept 26, 3pm), hoping to have defender Luke Denson available again after injury.
He has missed the last four games with a calf strain, but was able to train on Thursday night to put himself back in contention for selection.
John Dillon, who has not played since suffering knee ligament damage against Hyde six weeks ago, could also be in line for a start.
Manager Ash Hoskin admitted: “He has the ability to get the ball down and control games in the middle of the park and that is something we have missed.”
The Seagulls are without a win in their last five games and face a huge challenge against a Nantwich side that are the league’s top scorers and are averaging over three goals a game.
The Dabbers’ last two games have produced wins of 6-2 and 4-0 to go a point clear at the top of the table, and although former Northern Ireland international Stephen Jones leads the way with six, they have shown that with 12 different scorers this season they have players all over the pitch who can weight in with goals.
