COLWYN BAY remain joint top of the table for marks awarded by referees for technical area behaviour in the Evo-stik Division One North.
Match officials mark the behaviour of managers and coaches at each game with three points for excellent, two points for good, one for satisfactory and minus one for poor, and over the 24 games Colwyn Bay had played up to December 31st, they boasted an average of 2.83 – joint top with Clitheroe, while Lancaster City are third on 2.76.
Colwyn Bay and Clitheroe have both received 20 top marks for ‘excellent’ and four for ‘good.
Division One North:
Discipline on the pitch, however, has taken a dive. After winning the November Fair Play award, the Seagulls have dropped into the bottom seven for December with 12 bookings plus a red card for Jack Phillips against Prescot.
