Keeper Chris Sanna scored as Colwyn Bay ended Solihull Moors’s unbeaten record in the Skill North with a 3-1 win at Llanelian Road.
Sanna scored Bay’s opener on 8 minutes when a deep kick from his own area caught opposite number Jasbir Singh too far out of his goal and the ball bounced over him into the net.
Rob Hopley added a second on 24 minutes but blazed a penalty over the bar after Marc Williams was upended by the keeper. Solihull were awarded a penalty in the second half which Omar Bogle converted.
But Bay wrapped up the victory with 10 minutes remaining when Gaz Evans bundled the ball over the line from Hopley’s cross to secure Bay’s first home league win of the season.
