Bay look to bounce back at Trafford

THE Seagulls will want to bounce back following Saturday’s FA Cup defeat when they travel to winless Trafford in the league on Tuesday (Sept 5th, 7:45pm).
The Shawe View side were beaten 2-0 at hoe by Prescot Cables last Saturday and have dropped into the bottom four of the Evostik North table with three draws and two defeats in their five gams so far.
Louis Corrigan and Tom Schofield, who played over 40 games each for the Bay last season, are in their current Traffiord squad, although Tom has recently been sidelined with an injury.
Bay boss Phill Hadland says he expects to have everybody available, apart from Kyle Jacobs (hamstring) and long term injury victim Gaz Burnett who is due to have surgery on his knee this week, although Josh Brizell and Warren Bellew have now left the club and we wish them good luck in the future.
The Bay go into the game still unbeaten in the league and will be looking for a timely boost ahead of Saturday’s huge challenge at home to league leaders and big title favourites South Shields, who have won all six of their league and cup games so far this season.
A Bay win at Trafford could left them back into the top six ahead of Saturday’s game if other results go their way.
Match updates will be on the Twitter feed on the club website or via the @ColwynBayFC Twitter account.
