MANAGER Paul Moore has made another addition to his squad by agreeing terms and signing ex-Seagull Kyle Armstrong.

The 30-year-old, who was at Preston North End for three years as a teenager before signing for York City, can play in defence or midfield and previously spent 18 months at the Bay, playing in both the 2006/7 and 2007/8  campaigns. He  was in Gary Finlay’s squad  that reached the Unibond play-offs where they lost 3-2 to Cammel Laird and he was among the scorers in the 4-2 win against Brigg Town in the penultimate league fixture which secured the Seagulls’ play-off spot in 2007.
Kyle later spent three years at Skelmersdale United and has also had spells at Southport, Burscough, Chorley, Airbus UK, Northwich Victoria and Runcorn Linnets.
The manager commented: “He is a strong footballer with good qualities to help assist the younger players and keep us moving forward.”
Kyle brings the number of players signed on for the new season so far to 17.
