Colwyn Bay Present Visit Conwy With A Framed Shirt

Colwyn Bay Football Club have presented a framed shirt to Visit Conwy as a gesture of thanks for their sponsorship of the Skrill North club.

The Club announced a new partnership at the start of the season with Visit Conwy, which promotes tourism in the County of Conwy.

Colwyn Bay FC Commercial Manager Carol Beard presented the framed shirt to Conwy County Borough Councillor Graham Rees, Cabinet Member for Tourism, Marketing & Leisure.

“Conwy County Borough Council are delighted to sponsor the shirts for Colwyn Bay FC,” Mr Rees said.

“The logo of Visit Conwy will be seen in large areas of England and will no doubt encourage visitors to the area.

“There are 2 million people living within hour and half from Conwy County and this sponsorship will identify the area of North Wales and the economic benefits to the local economy cannot be underestimated.

“We at Conwy CBC wish Colwyn Bay FC a successful season and are happy to be associated with the premier football club in the County”

  1. Good to see the Bay are doing well! I did turn out for the reserves in the late 50’s but played for mochdre mostly..Good interest then with derbies against Llandudno @ the Borough .Keep it up regards to all .
